We are more than just a gaming platform. We are a community, a commitment, and a trust built day by day alongside Malaysian players from every corner of the country.
Berjayasama started from one simple question: why should Malaysian players have to choose between a great gaming experience and a trustworthy platform? The answer – they shouldn't have to.
We began this journey with a clear vision – to create an online gaming ecosystem truly designed for local players. Not a generic platform merely translated into Bahasa Melayu, but a platform that understands the habits, needs, and real expectations of the gaming community in Malaysia.
Throughout the journey of building berjayasama, we have always held to one simple principle: put players first. Every technical decision, every game we add, every withdrawal process we design – all go through the same filter: does this make things easier and more enjoyable for our players?
The result is the platform you use today – berjayasama. A space where hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players can enjoy their favourite games with peace of mind, confident that their money is safe, the games are fair, and help is always available when needed.
Our Mission: Delivering a fast, fair, safe, and enjoyable online gaming experience to every Malaysian player – no compromises, no hidden tricks.
The founding team began designing a dedicated platform infrastructure for the Malaysian market, focusing on speed, security, and mobile experience.
The platform was officially launched with its first game collection. The initial response from Malaysian players far exceeded our original expectations.
Berjayasama reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members and expanded its game catalogue by adding Live Casino, fish shooting games, and bingo.
Berjayasama has become one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms, with over half a million active members.
Six key advantages that set berjayasama apart from other platforms out there.
The berjayasama platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system to protect every account. Your personal and financial data is handled with the same level of protection as online banking.
All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent international bodies. Every game outcome is genuine, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party – including berjayasama itself.
Berjayasama's cloud infrastructure ensures server response times of under 50ms. Games load in under 3 seconds, and the platform runs smoothly even when thousands of players are online simultaneously.
Deposits and withdrawals via FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and many other methods. Withdrawals are processed quickly and credited directly to your local bank account without unnecessary delays.
Over 70% of berjayasama players game on smartphones. Our platform is built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring every button, menu, and feature works perfectly on small screens with no app download required.
The berjayasama customer support team operates around the clock, every day. Chat directly in Bahasa Melayu with agents who understand the context and needs of local players – not unhelpful automated bots.
These four values are not mere slogans – they are daily principles that guide how we build our product and serve our players.
Every feature, every update, every business decision is made with players' interests at the forefront. Players are not just users – they are berjayasama's partners.
No hidden terms, no conditions buried in fine print. berjayasama believes players have the right to know exactly how our platform operates and how their money is managed.
The berjayasama platform never stops evolving. We continuously listen to player feedback, monitor industry developments, and update the platform to deliver a better experience over time.
Berjayasama is committed to responsible gaming. We provide self-control tools, deposit limits, and access to support resources for players who need additional help.
From day one, berjayasama was built with a single core focus – Malaysia. We are not a global platform that simply added Bahasa Melayu as an option. We understand Malaysia's cultural diversity, how local players interact with digital platforms, the most commonly used payment methods, and the types of games most popular here. This understanding is reflected in every aspect of our platform, from interface design to the game selection we curate.
Bahasa Melayu on berjayasama is not auto-translated – it is the platform's primary language, written and reviewed by native speakers who understand local context. Terms and conditions, game instructions, account notifications – all in clear, straightforward Bahasa Melayu with no dictionary needed.
Many other platforms treat security as an add-on feature to be bolted on later. At berjayasama, security is the foundation built from the ground up. From the very first line of code, our system architects ensured that every layer of the platform – from the database, servers, and network communications to the user interface – was designed with security as the top priority. 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time account activity monitoring, and regular security audits are not optional extras here – they are berjayasama's baseline standard.
Your personal data is stored in accordance with industry best practices and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We respect our players' privacy just as we respect the trust they place in us.
Berjayasama offers a truly complete gaming experience. With over 1,000 game options across multiple categories – from hundreds of slots with diverse themes, Live Casino with real dealers interacting in real time, entertaining fish shooting games to classic bingo – berjayasama players never need to switch to another platform for variety. Everything is available under one account, one balance, and one clean, easy-to-use interface.
We partner with leading global game software providers to ensure every game on the berjayasama platform meets high quality standards. Each game title goes through a review process before launch to ensure it runs perfectly, with great graphics and a satisfying play experience.
One of the most common complaints players have about other platforms is complicated and slow withdrawal procedures. berjayasama takes this seriously. Our withdrawal system is designed to process requests quickly and transparently. Players can monitor their withdrawal status in real time through their account dashboard, and a notification is sent directly to their phone once a transaction is complete. We support multiple withdrawal methods including direct bank transfer, FPX, and popular Malaysian e-wallets.
Berjayasama believes gaming should be a source of fun, not a burden. That is why we provide a range of self-control tools that allow players to set daily or weekly deposit limits, loss limits, and break periods from the platform. We also provide access to support resources for players who feel they need additional help managing their gaming habits. The emotional and financial wellbeing of our players is a responsibility we do not take lightly.
Important Note: The berjayasama platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. We apply Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures to ensure all members meet this minimum age requirement.
